International Flights

This Convention sets limitations on the liability of airline suppliers for any incidents resulting in passenger fatalities or personal injuries. As a passenger, it is your responsibility to ensure you possess all necessary documentation, including a valid passport and visa, to enter a foreign country for purposes such as business, tourism, or transit. These documents may be requested at any time during your journey. Please be aware that if you fail to fulfill your obligations in obtaining the necessary documentation for travel to a foreign country, we cannot be held liable. Prior to your trip, it is essential to review all restrictions, alerts, and announcements issued by the relevant authorities of the destination country.

Visa and Passport
Prior to your travel, we strongly advise you to verify the details of your visa and passport with the appropriate Embassy or consulate. This means that any schedule changes, cancellations, delays, or rebookings are the airline’s responsibility. Travelpact.co.uk will provide you with procedural information, but the final decision lies with the airline. If you are already at the airport or unaware of a schedule change or cancellation within 24 hours prior to departure, we recommend coordinating with the airline staff to understand your available options. In such situations, the airline is your primary source of information and will provide the best guidance. Please note that in severe weather conditions, your options for recourse may be limited.

Cancelations and Refunds
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, reservations made on Travelpact.co.uk are generally non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your reservations, please contact our customer service line, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that if you cancel a refundable reservation, the airline or other travel service providers may impose additional fees in addition to the administrative cancellation cost stated in your confirmation at the time of booking.

If your cancellation request is made within four hours of the booking, you may be eligible for a full refund according to the airline’s policy. In such cases, the refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used. Please keep in mind that some US airlines require tickets to be purchased at least one week before the scheduled departure date in order to qualify for a refund. Your refund request will be handled in accordance with the specific policies and procedures of the airline. Once the airline approves the refund request, we will begin processing your reimbursement, which will be returned to your original payment method upon approval.

Contact Centre Booking Service Fee: When booking through the Travelpact.co.uk contact centre, which may involve complex multi-stop and roundtrip bookings, a service fee higher than our online booking fee will apply. The service fee ranges from £10 to £200 per passenger and is determined by our agents.

We advise purchasing comprehensive insurance to cover cancellation fees and deposit loss.

Important Note: The service fee is included in the taxes, and regardless of any changes made to our service fee, you are required to pay the final price as quoted. Please review the final booking amount carefully before confirming your reservations.

Credit Card Chargeback
If you have concerns about the travel fees charged, you have the option to dispute them with your credit card provider. However, we kindly request that you first contact Travelpact.co.uk with any questions or issues before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. If we resolve the matter and reverse the disputed charges, you may then proceed to contact your credit card company. Please note that if a chargeback request is submitted improperly, Travelpact.co.uk reserves the right to cancel your reservations as compensation.

By selecting us as your service provider, you acknowledge and understand that our cancellation policy applies. Please be aware that our cancellation policy does not cover special promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or any other offers used to make the reservation. In the event of an incorrect charge, a chargeback may be considered. Our staff is authorized to investigate such claims and seek reimbursement for any false claims made. We may utilize our call recordings, including the service call made, to verify the claims submitted and refute them if necessary.

Please note that the Holiday Package Terms & Conditions are subject to change by Travelpact.co.uk at any time without prior notice. Any changes made to the Holiday Package Terms & Conditions will be effective on the day they are posted on this page, if applicable. The updated Terms & Conditions, including any change and cancellation rules, will replace any previously published Terms & Conditions. Please be aware of the following details regarding our holiday packages: All prices listed on Travelpact.co.uk are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Our holiday packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that the availability, cost, and travel dates of the package are not guaranteed until we have received full payment for the package. Please review the Holiday Package Terms & Conditions carefully before making a reservation. 

Pricing and Payment:
The prices and availability mentioned apply only to complete vacation packages and do not pertain to individual services. Please note that a breakdown of the price for each service included in your holiday package booking will not be provided by Travelpact.co.uk. The prices for our holiday packages include taxes, fees, and our service charge. Any additional surcharges imposed by the travel supplier are your responsibility. If you have any inquiries, kindly contact the travel supplier directly. Depending on your destination, there may be government entrance or exit fees. Insurance, collision damage, personal injury insurance, and any other applicable fees imposed by the travel supplier as incidentals are not included in the prices of the vacation package. Travelpact.co.uk accepts popular credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express to facilitate successful bookings. By providing your credit card information, you authorize Travelpact.co.uk to charge the price of the booked vacation package to your credit card. It is important to note that when checking in, travel service providers such as hotels may require the presentation of a valid credit card. Travelpact.co.uk strongly advises you to purchase a travel insurance policy, as it can provide coverage for certain cancellation and change expenses. Please be aware that the payouts for travel insurance are subject to the exclusions stated in the policy. 

Travelpact.co.uk TERMS & CONDITIONS – HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The hotels listed on Travelpact.co.uk provide us with information regarding their amenities and services. However, we cannot be held responsible for any changes that may occur due to outdated or inaccurate information provided by the supplier. Special requests, such as room preferences or specific views, are treated as requests and are subject to availability. While most hotels strive to accommodate these requests, Travelpact.co.uk cannot guarantee their fulfilment.

Certain rates quoted may be associated with membership programs such as Corporate, Government, AAA, or ARP. These offers require participants to present the designated program identification at check-in to prove eligibility. If you are ineligible for the discounts or unable to provide the required identification, hotels are not obligated to honor the special rates or offers. No refunds will be provided by Travelpact.co.uk or the hotel provider for unoccupied accommodation or nights that were not utilized due to early check-out.

Please note that only select hotels offer airport shuttle services, and if you are interested in utilizing this service, it is advised to contact the hotel directly to inquire about the associated cost. Some hotels may offer complimentary amenities such as tours or breakfast as a Booking Bonus. The terms and conditions for these amenities are determined by the hotel, so it is recommended to inquire with them regarding the availability and usage of these services.

Pet Policy:
Before traveling with your pet, it is important to contact the hotel directly and verify their pet policy. Travelpact.co.uk does not assume any responsibility for the hotel’s pet policy, including fees or restrictions related to pets. Each hotel may have different policies in place, which may vary depending on the type, size, and breed of the pet. It is recommended to confirm the specific details with the hotel to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for you and your pet.

Pre-Paid Booking Vouchers:
During the check-in process, it is possible that the hotels will request a booking voucher. Travelpact.co.uk provides you with a certificate that can be presented at the hotel. The email you receive, which includes your hotel confirmation and booking coupons, serves as the voucher. It is important to have a printed copy of this email with you when you arrive for check-in at the hotel.

Meals:
Depending on your preferences at the time of booking, we can arrange for meals during your stay. If you reserve a room at a hotel that offers meals and choose to pay for the service at the time of booking, you will receive all the meals provided by the hotel. Alternatively, you have the option to choose lodging where you can prepare your own meals or make separate reservations for meals.

Room Only (RO): Meals are not included in the lodging reservation fee.

Self-Catering (SC): Meals are not included in the booking price. You are free to prepare your own meals.

Bed & Breakfast (B&B): Breakfast is included in the reservation fee.

Half Board (HB): The reservation fee includes breakfast and an evening meal. You may choose to skip breakfast and have lunch instead, upon availability and confirmation by the hotel.

Full Board (FB): All meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are included in the reservation fee.

All-Inclusive (AI): The plan includes all meals as well as locally available drinks.

Please note that when you receive your hotel confirmation, you will have access to the hotel’s recreational amenities and various non-motorized water activities.

In the event that you fail to appear at the hotel check-in desk without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show. If you are unable to arrive as scheduled, please contact the hotel immediately. The hotel will decide whether to impose penalties or forfeit your booking fee based on your communication with them.

Hotel Confirmation:
The processing time for your booking request and the issuance of a hotel voucher may take up to 24 hours. Once you complete your booking on Travelpact.co.uk, the reservation is confirmed. Our team of reservation specialists initiates the hotel reservation process upon receiving the confirmation email. Once the hotel vouchers are obtained, they are promptly sent out. In our booking confirmation email, you will find all the necessary information about your hotel reservation, including the booking reference number, itinerary details, and any additional services you have booked through us. If you do not receive the confirmation email from us, please contact us at info@Travelpact.co.uk. We strongly recommend contacting the hotel directly to confirm your reservations 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. We do not provide your information to the hotel until 72 hours prior to check-in. Once you receive our final confirmation and the booking voucher, your reservation is secure and guaranteed. It is advisable to call the hotel’s check-in desk 48 hours in advance to verify the provided information.

Intellectual Property
